"My order turned into a waiting game"
I placed my order thinking it would show up around the expected date, but then the delivery kept getting pushed back again and again. I’d check the tracking every so often, hoping for some kind of update, but it barely seemed to move. After waiting around and getting nowhere, I was frustrated by the whole thing. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

The box arrived totally smashed, and the packaging inside wasn’t much better. The item was basically on the verge of falling out when I picked it up. This is where it got annoying, because I had to check everything over right away just to make sure nothing was missing or damaged. Definitely expected better packaging.

I don’t think it was worth the money. The quality was just okay and nothing really stood out, especially for what I paid. I also had to chase them up about my complaint, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I expected better and probably wouldn’t order again since there are cheaper options that feel pretty much the same

Trying to exchange my order was ridiculous. The whole process was confusing, painfully slow, and felt amateur. I had to keep chasing them for replies, and even then I was basically left stuck with no clear answers. Tiny bit of customer service would’ve gone a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask. Definitely not ordering again.

"Kept running into out-of-stock items"
I was trying to place an order, but almost everything I clicked on ended up being out of stock. The little size and color options would still show like they were available at first, then once I tapped through, nope. After a while I realized I’d spent way too much time opening product pages just to hit the same message. I wish the site was updated more clearly so you don’t have to check each item one by one.

I was kind of surprised by how thin the fabric feels. It seems really flimsy to me, and I’m not sure if that’s just how it’s meant to be or if I got a bad one. Has anyone else noticed this?

"Pretty let down by the fabric"
I thought this was going to feel a lot softer than it does. The material feels kind of rough and cheap, and it wasn’t comfortable against my skin at all. I tried wearing it for a bit, but I just didn’t want to keep it on. For the price, I expected something much nicer, so I’m disappointed

"International shipping was such a hassle"
I ordered from outside the US and the shipping just wasn’t worth the trouble. The tracking updates were super slow, delivery took way longer than I thought it would, and I kept having to check on it myself. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Maybe it’s fine if you’re ordering localy, but for international orders I probably wouldn’t use shopthecurated.net again.

Pages were loading slowly for me, and the filters didn’t really behave the way I assumed they would. Maybe I was just getting impatient, but it felt like I was spending way too long trying to find basic stuff, so I eventually just gave up...

"Not really what I thought I was getting"
It showed up on time, so that part was fine, but the item just felt off compared to what I saw on shopthecurated.net. The color wasn’t quite the same, and the material had a cheaper feel than I expected. I can still use it, but I was disappointed. If the listing had been more accurate, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it.

"Refund took forever"
My refund from Curated Collections took way longer than it should have. I kept checking for updates and didn’t get much clarity, which was frustrating.
Customer service did respond, but it didn’t really help move anything along. Every time I reached out, it felt like the answer was basically just to keep waiting, which got ridiculous after a while.
I did finally get my money back, but the whole thing was annoying from start to finish. I probably wouldn’t order again if getting a refund is going to be that slow.

I found a few things on shopthecurated.net that I genuinely liked, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the prices felt a bit high for what they were. I ended up checking similar items on other sites and saw some cheaper options, which made me second-guess buying anything. Once shipping was added, the total didn’t really feel worth it to me. It’s not a bad site or anything, I just wasn’t totally convinced the pricing was fair.

I’m convinced the sizing is completely inconsistent. I ordered expecting one fit, and it was nowhere near what I thought it would be. There’s just no way the sizes are running the same across the board.
